Objective: A faster, lower-effort practice mode, useful for mobile and for warm-ups.

Files:

Modify: practice_live.ex (mode selection)
Create: lib/first_thousand_words/study/distractors.ex

Steps:

Pick 3 distractors from concepts in a nearby frequency band (not random) — random
distractors from the whole list are trivially wrong and teach nothing.
Avoid distractors that are synonyms of the answer, or linked to the same concept.
Record the outcome as a Review with the chosen option in answer_text.

Verify: for a fixture band, no distractor shares a concept with the answer across 100 draws.
