Objective: The user can create, configure and archive decks without a console.

Files:

Create: lib/first_thousand_words_web/live/deck_live/index.ex
Create: lib/first_thousand_words_web/live/deck_live/form.ex

Steps:

List decks with card counts and due counts.
Create form: name, source language, target language, daily limits. Use <.form for={@form}>
with a to_form/2 assign and the <.input> component.
Guard against picking the same language on both sides.
Show generation status: "412 of 1000 cards created — 588 concepts lacked a translation."

Verify: create a deck in the browser; a card count appears.
