Objective: Nobody learning Spanish needs to be drilled on 200 words they already know.

Files:

Create: lib/first_thousand_words_web/live/placement_live.ex
Modify: deck_generator.ex

Steps:

Sample words across the frequency bands (not the first 50) and ask the user to identify them.
Mark confident answers as known → cards start in :mastered or are not generated at all.
Show the estimated starting point ("you're around word 300") before generating the deck.

Verify: a synthetic user who answers correctly for the first 2 bands gets a deck that starts
at band 3.
