Objective: Record the explicit non-goals so they are decisions rather than omissions.

Steps (deferred, no implementation):

Public/shared decks and community-contributed lists
Leaderboards, points, badges
Recommendations ("learners like you also…")
Native mobile apps
Speech recognition for pronunciation scoring

Rationale: v1 must prove the core loop (import → study → track) is good. Anything that adds
accounts-multiplied state or a second client before that is a distraction.

Verify: this issue stays open and unmilestoned as the parking lot for these requests.
