Objective: Prove the untouched scaffold is green before any work starts, so later failures
are attributable.

Files:

Modify: none (record output in the issue or docs/)

Steps:

mix setup (deps.get, ecto.setup, assets.setup, assets.build).
mix precommit — the alias runs compile --warning-as-errors,
deps.unlock --unused, format, test.
Paste the tail of the output into this issue.

Verify: mix precommit exits 0. If it does not, fix the environment (not the code) and
note what was wrong.
